In a major decision during Sunday’s farmers’ Mahapanchayat held in Kurukshetra, Haryana, it was announced that rail tracks across the country will be blocked on October 3. Farmer leader Sarwan Singh Pandher stated that panchayats will be organized across Haryana to remind people of the atrocities inflicted on farmers by the BJP government.

Pandher emphasized that farmers will play a significant role in ensuring the defeat of the BJP in Haryana. Several prominent farmer leaders, including Sarwan Singh Pandher, Jagjit Singh Dallewal, and Amarjit Singh Mohri, were present at the Mahapanchayat.

Speaking after the gathering in Pipli village, Pandher declared that the time has come to retaliate against the BJP for the injustices done to farmers. He stressed that the panchayats aim to remind Haryana’s farmers of the use of force against them and how farmer Shubhkaran was martyred during the protests.

Trains to Be Blocked for Two Hours

Pandher announced that on October 3, rail tracks across India will be blocked for two hours as a form of protest. He also hinted that the farmers’ movement will intensify in the coming months.

Meanwhile, farmer leader Amarjit Singh Mohri warned other political parties as well, stating that if they mistreat farmers after coming to power, the farmers will unite and fight against them as well. He reiterated that the farmers have been persistently protesting for their demands, and the movement will gain more momentum in the future.
