The Punjab government has reshuffled its cabinet, resulting in Cabinet Minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal now holding only the NRI Affairs portfolio. The decision was formalized through an official gazette notification dated February 21, 2025, with changes effective from February 7, 2025.
The reshuffle was executed following the advice of the Chief Minister and confirmed by Chief Secretary KAP Sinha. With this change, Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal’s focus will now remain on NRI-related issues in Punjab.
