He urged the sangat to participate in large numbers in the state-level events being organised at Sri Anandpur Sahib from November 23 to 25.

He added that, for the first time in the history of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha, a special session will be held on November 24 at Sri Anandpur Sahib, dedicated to honouring the supreme sacrifice of Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib for the protection of human rights and religious freedom.
