Know why Sunanda Sharma screams and steps back on stage during her performance

As per the reports, while Sunanda was performing at the RKGIT college, Ghaziabad, an overexcited fan climbed on the stage.

The famous Punjabi singer Sunanda Sharma is on her 2026 tour, putting up her shows at various cities. 

Sunanda has been making headlines during her recent concerts. 

As per the reports, while Sunanda was performing at the RKGIT college, Ghaziabad, an overexcited fan climbed on the stage. Sunanda was caught off guard, she got frightened, she screamed and stepped back. 

Although the situation was handled on the spot, the security guards and police officers deployed on duty pushed him off the stage. 

The videos of Sunanda’s reaction quickly got viral on social media, where fans have mixed reactions. Some are taking it on a lighter note, adding with Akshay Kumar’s famous meme GIF, “Bhen dar gai bhen dar gai” (sister git frightened) which is a scene from the movie, Bhagam bhag (2006).

While some fans claim that it is a matter of concern, even an artist has the right to safety. 

Before this incident, another such incident was reported from Sunanda’s concert while she was performing at Amity university Jharkhand. As per the viral video, Sunanda while singing a song, stopped in between and warned a fan by saying “I can see what gestures are you making, but I’m letting you go because the show is going great.”

This bold and fearless move of addressing a wrong from the stage was loudly applauded at the concert and even at the viral clips on social media. Fans titled her as ‘Sherni’ for her honest and bold moves
