On November 21, 2025 Mexican model Fatima Bosch has been crowned Miss Universe 2025 after delivering a powerful final answer that resonated across the arena.
Bosch won the title with a confident and heartfelt response during the first question round, where she was asked, “In your perspective, what are the challenges of being a woman in 2025, and how would you use the title of Miss Universe to create a safe space for women around the world?”
She delivered her answer with unwavering conviction: “For your question, as woman, as Miss Universe, I will put my voice and the power in the service of others because nowadays, we are here to speak up, to make change, and have everything because we are women, and the brave ones that stand up are the ones that will make history. Thank you.”
Who is Fatima Bosch?
Bosch, from Santiago de Teapa in Tabasco, Mexico, is a fashion and apparel design graduate with no prior pageant experience before Miss Universe Mexico 2025. She won the national crown on September 13 at the Government Palace in Guadalajara. The Mexican winner has spoken openly about living with dyslexia, ADHD and hyperactivity challenges that made her vulnerable to bullying while growing up. Those experiences, she has said, sparked her passion for community service, which she began at the age of 14.
This year’s Miss Universe pageant was fraught with tension even before the final night. Allegations of misconduct, walkouts and claims of voting irregularities cast a shadow over the event.
