* Maida ( Wheat Flour ):

Most of the food items made up of maida taste very yummy. But literally, this food item affects our body. Eating maida also gives you many problems like high blood pressure, make you to crave for sugary food, mood swings, and bad cholesterol. For a healthy life, you need to eat a balanced diet.

* Deep-Fried food in reused oil:

Many times we reheat the oil that we used for deep frying or pan-frying. But actually, this is very dangerous for our lifestyle as it comes up with diseases like obesity, heart disease, and diabetes. So stop using re-used oil.
