Punjab Congress chief Navjot Singh Sidhu has not been ableto win his seat of Amritsar East constituency. On the other hand it seems thatAAP is going to form the new government in Punjab.
On Tuesday Navjot Singh Sidhu congratulated Aam Aadmi Partyfor sweeping Punjab Assembly polls and said the voice of people is the voice of God.
“The voice of the people is the voice of God …. Humblyaccept the mandate of the people of Punjab …. Congratulations to Aap !!!”,Sidhu tweeted.
As the news of Sidhu’s defeat broke out several twitter userstook to micro-blogging site and started meme festival. The netizens joked aboutSidhu returning to The Kapil Sharma Show and shared the imaginary reaction of ArchanaPuran Singh who had taken over Sidhu’s position when Sidhu left the show.
