Paperless is the keyword to describe the Budget 2021.According to reports, the Finance Minister of India, Nirmala Sitharaman willread the budget from a 'Made in India' tablet.

Sitharaman has been seen carrying a tablet in red sleeve.She has also replaced the briefcase into a "Bahi Khata", red colored clothledger is a symbol of budget since her maiden speech in 2019.

Sitharaman had said to shed "British hangover."The paperless budget can be seen as a push for 'Digital India' program and dueto Covid-19 pandemic, the budget seems to be paperless through and through.

"Union Budget Mobile App" has also beenlaunched by the finance minister so that the Member of Parliament can accessthe budget seamlessly.

Budget 2021 will be under the critical lens of expertsand common people both due to the situation intensified by Covid-19, job lossand rising fuel and gas prices.
