TheEducation Department, with a view to highlight the changing face of thegovernment schools over the past few years, has started the telecast of "Navian Pairhaan" on DD Punjabi.
Today'sepisode of " Navian Pairhaan" , highlighted the achievements of theeducation department as well as the consistent, concerted and relentlessefforts of the officials and school teachers of district Tarntaran to convertschools into smart schools.
DistrictEducation Officer(SE) ,Satnam Singh Baath and DEO(EE) Rajesh Kumar, informedthat the programme was watched with enthusiasm by the school teachers, parentsand students.
Duringthe half an hour pragramme, the extension and augmentation ofinfrastructural facilities as well as qualitative improvement in education ofdifferent schools was highlighted. The performances by the students excellingin academic, sports, co-curricular activities were also exhibited.
