Dam collapse in Southeastern Brazil; Death toll raises to 58

On Friday, the dam owned by Brazilian mining corporation Vale, collapsed in Minas Gerais' Brumadinho municipality

Brumadinho: The emergency service of the Minas Gerais state said in a statement on Monday that the death toll in a dam collapse in Southeastern Brazil has climbed to 58, while 305 people are missing after the incident.

The emergency service specified that 19 people had been identified.

On Friday, the dam owned by Brazilian mining corporation Vale, collapsed in Minas Gerais' Brumadinho municipality which triggered heavy mud floods.
