CME for Govt. Ayurveda Medical Officers and Ayurveda Practitioners at Dayanand Ayurvedic College, Jalandhar

DayanandAyurvedic College, Jalandhar, India’s oldest Ayurveda College in India isconducting a six day CME (w.e.f 06th to 11th September 2021) for Govt.Ayurveda Medical Officers from today. This event is sponsored by the Ministry ofAyush, Govt. of India, co-ordinated by All India Ayurved Congress (AIAC).

PrincipalDr. Sanjeev Sood welcomed the chief guest Dr. Sanjeev Goyal, Registrar GuruRavidas Ayurved University, Hoshiarpur along with Guest of Honour Vaid AnilBhardwaj, Secretary Punjab State Ayurveda Congress and Dr. Parminder Bajaj,President NIMA, Punjab State participated as the special guest in the event.

ChiefGuest Dr. Sanjeev Goyal briefed about the importance of Ayurveda during covidtimes. He said thousands of patients were cured by Ayurveda during covid-19. Hestressed Ayurvedic doctors to use Ayurveda for skin diseases, neurological,joint problems, abdominal disorders and many other chronic diseases of the body.

 He told Ayurveda drugs and lifestyle as thebest immunity booster and encouraged the practitioners to practice andpopularize Ayurveda among the public and ensured that this CME will provide practicalapplied expert knowledge to practitioners attending this programme.

Dr.(Prof.) Anoop Gakkhar, Director Rishikul Ayurveda Campus, Uttarakhand AyurvedUniversity, Uttarkhand delivered his expert lecture on “Health through Ayurvedaand Ayurveda in daily life” and Dr. Parveen Kumar, Associate Professordepartment of Panchakrma presented his expert views on “Applied aspects ofVirechana and Nasya.”

Dr.Parveen kumar, coordinator of the program told that 30 Govt. medical officersand Private Practitioners are attending this programes and 12 experts Vaid TaraChand Sharma, Secretary All India Ayurveda Congress, New Delhi, Dr. ParveenKumar Bansal, Joint Director BFUHS, Faridkot, Dr. Gaurav Parmar, AssistantProfessor Department of Shalya Tantra, RGGPG Ay. College, Paprola (H.P.), Dr.Anoop Gakkhar, Director Rishikul campus Uttarakhand university,Uttarakhand,  Dr. Sanjeev Sood, ProfessorDepartment of Panchakarma, Dayanand Ayurvedic College, Jalandhar, Dr. Tipu, Associateprofessor, Department of Shalakya Tantra, Dr. Chander Shekhar, Professor,Department of Kaya Chikitsa, Dayanand Ayurveda college, Jalandhar, Dr. ParveenKumar, Associate Professor, Department of Panchakarma, Dayanand AyurvedaCollege, Jalandhar, Dr. Pooja Sabharwal, Assistant Professor, Department ofRachna Sharir, Chaudhary Brahm Prakash Ayurveda charak sansthan, New Delhi andDr. Meena parmar, Assistant Professor, Department of prasooti Tantra, RGGPGAyurveda college, paprola (H.P) are going to deliver their expert lecture inthis program to update the knowledge of Ayurveda Practitioners.

Onthis occasion all faculty member of Dayanand Ayurvedic College were present inthe inaugural function.
