However, as the parents are raising daughters to be strong,independent, and career-oriented, could they be forgetting about the other half– the sons?

A girl got married to a doctor and until she got pregnant,things were going great between her and the husband. She claims, “The first 1year of our marriage was blissful.”

She went to her parent’s house only to see her in-laws now demandinggold from her father.
When the day of the delivery came, the husband refused topay the medical bills and her father took care of that.
The woman, still dutifully carrying on a hope, went with the husband that their newborn will save their marriage which the man had beensingle-handedly destroying for no rhyme or reason.
When the baby was three months old, she was abruptly droppedoff at her parent’s house and the husband claimed that he will not stay underone roof with her, though the option of living with her in-laws is open.
The last nail in the coffin was a blow to the self-respectof this considerate and reasonable woman, when the man arrogantly announced toher face that now they have a baby, where can she go.
The woman emotionally ended the relationship right there andthen.
Now, the woman is in the process of filing a divorce.
The single mother is raising her son with support fromher parents.
She is now liberated and independent to teach her son thatevery girl and every woman is to put on a pedestal. Whatever a woman says isthe truth and her wishes – be it a guy’s mother, sister, wife, girlfriend, or astranger - must be respected at all costs.

She claims, “I’m not okay with raising him in such a toxicsociety. What we teach our boys matters and my son will grow up knowing thathis mom, and every single woman out there, deserves to be respected”
