The dailyrise in cases ahead of the second wave of Corona Virus has caused all-rounddevastation in the country. The first wave was fatal for the elderly andchildren, but this time no one has been spared. Thousands of young people arefalling prey to it and many are losing their lives too. However, even in thisfrustrating environment, many such stories and experiences of people are found,which fills enthusiasm and courage in others. Something similar has happenedrecently by a video of a 30-year-old girl hospitalized in Delhi.
Dr.Monica Langeh, posted as an Emergency Physician in a Delhi hospital, tweeted avideo on Saturday. Which went viral since that moment. Monica wrote in thetweet, ”This girl is only 30 years old. Her condition was serious, but the ICUwas not available, we started treatment in the Covid Emergency ward itself. She isundergoing treatment for the last 10 days. She is on NIV support, received remedevisir,plasma therapy, etc. she is a strong girl with string will poer asked me to playsome music and I allowed her. Lesson: never lose the hope”.
In an hour it has been retweeted by more than 2 thousand people and has been liked bymore than 9 thousand people. Replying to one of the Twitter users, Dr. Monicawrote, “The treatment has been effective on the girl. We are going to dischargeher from the emergency ward in the next 2-3 days.”
As aresponse to the video, people are praying for the girl to get well soon and aredescribing her as an inspiration for other covid patients.
