India defeated England by 317 runs in the second Test. This is Team India's biggest win over England in terms of runs. Earlier, India beat England by 279 runs in Leeds in 1986. Axar Patel took 5 wickets in the second innings. He became the sixth bowler in the country to do so in the debut test. With this win, the series has come at 1-1. The next Test will be played at Motera Stadium in Ahmedabad from 24 February.
