Internet snapped, Khap panchayats set up loudspeakers in Haryana villages

The Khap Panchayats in Haryana have found a cure to the suspension of internet.

After the January 26 tractor parade turned wild, thegovernment of Haryana had snapped Internet in 17 districts.

According to a report published in News18, the governmenthad snapped the internet connections to stall any untoward incident in the wakeof intensifying farmers' agitation against contentious farm laws.

The Khap Panchayats in Haryana have found a cure to thesuspension of internet. They have started fixing loudspeakers across villages. Areport published in The Indian Express states that village head of 17 districtsof Jind, Haryana have decided to use loudspeakers.

Meanwhile the government had snapped the internetconnection at the protest site in Delhi.
