The auspicious festival of Lohri was celebrated withgreat zest and fervour at Government High school Abdal.
Deepika Dean,Headmistress, said that the Lohri celebration was dedicated to gender equality.She also made the students aware about the importance of festivals, which areassociated with our rich heritage.
The staff and students presented a colourfulcultural programme on the occasion. The traditional Lohri delicacies likegroundnuts, rewari, gajjak etc. were distributed among the staff and students.
