A massive fire brokeout on the third floor of the passport office building which is located nearGuru Nanak Mission Chowk in Jalandhar. The terrifying accident occurred around9:30 am on Saturday, May 8 causing chaos in the area.
The fire broke out inthe office of PNB MetLife Insurance located on the third floor of the building.Horrifying visuals could be witnessed as the entire office got caught in thefire in little time.
The accident wasinstantly reported to the police and fire brigade.
Two fire brigadevehicles arrived at the spot and got control over the fire after working hardfor about half an hour. However, the office was burnt badly and huge propertyloss was observed. No human life was lost in the accident as the office wasclose due to Covid lockdown in the state.
