NTA CUET-UG 2022 Day 1 begins: Know Exam Patterns, Guidelines details & other key points
The CUET, Common University Entrance Testfor Under-Graduate 2022, being conducted by the National Testing Agency hasbegun today. Chairman of UGC Prof. M. Jagadeesh Kumar has informed the mediathat there are students who have appealed for changing their centers upon whichwe are deliberating, the decision will be announced once we come up with a possiblesolution.
- Common University Entrance Test forUnder Graduate 2022 (CUET UG) is scheduled to take place in a computer-basedformat, CBT (Computer Based Test). NTA is organizing the exam in two slots, thefirst to be conducted for the duration of 3 hours and 15 minutes, whereas thesecond one is scheduled to be conducted for 3 hours and 45 minutes.
- All the questions will be MCQ. For everycorrect answer, 5 marks will be given and a deduction of 1 mark for every answermarked incorrect.
Know the essential guidelines for theexamination:
- The candidates appearing in CUET UG,2022 must thoroughly check the allotted session and center in their respectiveadmit cards.
- Candidates will have to report atleast one and a half hours prior to the examination timing given, at the center.
- Candidates will have to seat-based theon invigilator’s guidelines.
- After completing the designated timefor the examination, the candidates only then have to leave the exam hall.
- Candidates will have to prove theiridentity to the demands of the invigilator
- Not complying with the guidelinesmentioned on the admit card or not presenting the documents asked, the candidaturecan also be terminated.
