In a major reshuffle, the Punjab Government on Friday issued a fresh promotion and posting order involving key officers of the Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) and District Public Relations Offices (DPRO). Among the notable promotions, Manwinder Singh has been appointed as Joint Director (Press) in the office of the Chief Minister of Punjab, with additional duty in the District Office, Amritsar.
