The EnforcementDirectorate team raided around 10 places in Punjab including the house ofPunjab's Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi's Nephew in Mohali. ED issearching in multiple places in Punjab investigating the money laundering byillegal sand mining companies just before the elections of 2022.
EDraided at Bhupinder Singh Honey's home in Mohali. Investigations are ongoing invarious parts of Punjab including Ludhiana, Mohali and Haryana's Panchkula.
The sourcesrevealed that the person who has been raided is said to be Channi'ssister-in-law. The investigation is still ongoing to check whether the work isillegal under the name or influence of CM Channi.
