Bollywood actor Sandeep Nahar, who has worked in big films like 'MS Dhoni: The Untold Story' and 'Kesari' died by suicide on Monday. Before taking his own life, Sandeep shared his video and suicide note on facebook. However, the suicide note and video has been deleted from social media. The police has made it clear that it did not delete Nahar's suicide note and video. In such a situation, the question is who removed the suicide note and video from social media.
Talking to a Hindi daily, DCP Vishal Thakur ((Zone 11)) of Mumbai Police said - no request was sent by the police to delete the video. Nor have any posts been deleted from us. Perhaps Facebook has deleted it under its own policy. Facebook deletes any objectionable content after it is reported multiple times. The investigation is underway. Who deleted his post from Facebook? How and when was deleted? This is the subject of investigation.
It is now believed that this post has been removed by either Sandeep's wife Kanchan Sharma or it was deleted by the social media company itself after a user reported it. At the moment, these are speculations.
Looking at Sandeep's social media account, we find that not only his suicide note or video was deleted, but also the data of 14 months was deleted. Among them was a post he wrote on Karva Chauth while congratulating his wife. The second was also the post that Sandeep had made after Sushant Singh Rajput's death last year (14 June 2020). Now the last post on his page appears on 17 December 2019.
