Stock market live report: Nifty falls below 14,550 and heavy decline everywhere

All market caps are down, especially midcap stocks. IT, pharma, and PSU stocks are the worst-hit sectors.

Today too is being a sad day for investors and how. Almost everystock and every sector is in heavy red.

While investors are bleeding their open profits or capital,shorters are making big money in a hurry.

Well, at the time of writing, Nifty 50 is down 1.36%, NiftyMidcap 50 is down 1.71%, and Nifty Smallcap 50 is down 1.33%.

IT stocks are the worst performers in Nifty 50 stocks.HCLTECH is down 4.13%, INFY is down 4.07%.

Hindalco, a metals and mining sector stock, is up by 1.93%.

The scene is not so gloomy when we look at Nifty 500 stocks.Here three stocks, TCNSBRANDS, DIXON, and SUNDRMFAST have hit their 52-weekhigh. One stock FRETAIL has hit its 52-week low.
