Facebook's services are very rarely down, but when they are memers spring into action even in the late hours at night. Yesterday, 19th March 2021, Whatsapp and Instagram went down for over 30 minutes in the late hours of the evening (around 11:30 PM). People took to Twitter to express their feeling about the disruption in their services.
Trolling began almost instantly when the services went down. Twitter went wild with memes about disruption in the Facebook services. Although the services were resumed, the trolling is still continuing with various memes about the current situation.
19th March 2021 is also observed as the World Sleep day, Memes about Facebook services celebrating Sleep day surfaced and gained quite a few applauds from various social media platforms.
