UP Police's quirky, witty tweets focus on 'importance of consent, rash driving', takes cues from cinema

In a tweet the UP Police writes, "Kiran ki na ka Matlab?" (What is the meaning of Kiran's NO?) In a video, the answer is 'No means No.'

The police take inspiration from cinema, movies Darr andPink specifically and created a clip by clipping some scenes out of both themovies to make people understand the meaning of consent.

Similarly, in one of the another tweets, the UP Policehave used a prominent and popular meme of Bernie Sanders to send  a message, "Stop being casual." Ina tweet, the handler added, "Report crime against women at 112,1090."
