I used to explore business from almost everywhere. I saw a video five months back of a famous YouTuber. I felt good that I could learn business from him. Therefore, I enrolled myself and bought the course. But, now they are revealing that you have sell the product. I enrolled myself for the purpose of understanding and learning how to do business. However, the course was totally fake, there was nothing inside it. I paid Rs 50,000 for the course."
Shocked at the amount taken by the YouTuber, Sandeep Maheshwari further inquired that normally people take Rs 4k to 5K. The youth replied, "At first he was promised that he will become a businessman once he takes the course, but they are not making anyone a businessman but a salesman. The skill of motivation is used just to divert and manipulate. At the end, you only have to sell their product." The youth further informed that he was asked to sell the product to earn a commission.
Another youth claimed that he paid Rs 35,000 for a course of the same YouTuber but in return he got nothing.
Stunned by the revelations, Sandeep Maheshwari asks how many people are enrolled in the company. The youths replied, there are lakhs of people who got enrolled. Sandeep Maheshwari then calculated saying that if one person pays Rs 50,000 on an average then the company will earn Rs 500 crore.
Sandeep Maheshwari replies why do hundreds of people not go to district courts or high courts against such a scam company? The youth clarifies that most of the people enrolled are students and illiterate people who don't know what is a consumer court.
While neither Maeshwari nor the youths interacting took the Bada Business name, fans were quick to point out that the company in the scanner belongs to Dr. Vivek Bindra.
After Maheshwari's video went viral on social media, the motivational speaker alleged that he is getting threats to remove the video.
Bada Business Pvt Ltd CEO Vivek Bindra released a video on his YouTube channel and slammed Maheshwari. On his YouTube video, Bindra said, "Mere Pyaare Vivek, Ek taraf se aap ne meri team ko legal action ki dhamki di (abhi maine aap ki call recording suni) aur doosri taraf se aap ne mere ghar par apne employees ko bheja. Woh bhi ek baar nahi… baar baar… kya aap ko sach mein lagta hai ki main aap ki dhamkiyon se darta hoon? Darta woh hai jo kuch galat karta hai. Main apne faayde ke liye nahi balki sabke faayde ke liye kaam karta hoon… aur marte dum tak karta rahoonga… aap jaise lakhon log mil kar bhi mujhe nahi rok sakte. Aur mujhe akela samajhne ki galti mat karna…"
"Regarding the issue of scaring or threatening any of your employees, it is not part of our culture. If anyone in my team has done such a thing, please share the unedited recording, and I will take action myself. (I do have recordings too) You blocked my number and ignored my humble requests various times to talk to me. You deleted over 5000 positive comments about me (I have screenshots too) It is true that my Director and Chief of Staff visited your house and intention behind it was to schedule an appointment with you for an open conversation," added Dr. Vivek Bindra.
Bindra in his YouTube video explained that his team calls the client who purchased their course and asks them whether they have understood the terms and conditions or not. Not only this, if any salesman has overcommitted to sale the product then they get an instant refund.
