Khushboo Patani, retired Indian Army Major and sister of actress Disha Patani, on August 3 released a video statement warning of defamation suit against a few Instagram pages. Khushboo Patani is embroiled in a controversy after she slammed Aniruddhacharya Ji over his viral remark on 25-year-old girls who are in live-in relationships.
Aniruddhacharya Ji has come under the scanner of social media after he made a controversial remark on girls in a live-in relationship and used the term 'Muh Marne Wali'.
Khushboo Patani shared her video on Instagram with a caption tagging three pages warning that she will slap defamation case against them.
Khushboo Patani wrote, "All account who are deliberately spreading fake news against me will be sued by me under the law of land !
@yourrspiritualgirl this channel has put serious fake news against me which has nothing to do with me and put me unnecessary trolling and risk . We will be filling defamation under IPC 499 and 500 forgery and manipulation under IPC 465 and 469 , spreading fake news or misleading content under IPC 505(1)(b) , hurting modesty of a woman ,Cyber crime online harassment of me under IT ACT 66,66D,67 against you ! I will not spare !

Khushboo Patani in her video said, "A few days back, Aniruddhacharya used derogatory words for 25-year-old women, that should not be of a person who is a Dharma Guru. I said some words to oppose those words. After that, I was trolled and the video went viral out of context. But, that's ok, whatever I said, I said. But, after a few hours, my video was linked to Premanand Ji Maharaj. It was claimed that I used those words against Premanand Ji Maharaj."
"I made my video for Aniruddhacharya not Premanand Ji Maharaj. As a result, I had to endure negativity, online abuses, online trolling. I did not even say any word for Premanand Ji Maharaj. This was like running a fake news agenda against me."
