The schedule of Baba Murad Shah Ji’s 66th Annual Mela has been revised, with the Dera Baba Murad Shah Ji Trust announcing that the celebrations will now be held on August 20, 2026, instead of the earlier two-day schedule.
The mela was originally scheduled for August 20 and 21. However, following the Punjab Bandh call announced for August 21, the Trust has decided to hold the complete mela programme on August 20 only.
As per the revised schedule, there will be no religious ceremony, mela ritual or stage programme on August 21.
The change has been announced for the convenience and awareness of devotees, with the Trust urging the sangat to take note of the revised programme and share the information widely
