A major road accident took place late at night near Press Club Chowk in Jalandhar, where a car lost control and overturned in the middle of the road. According to the information available, a man was teaching his wife how to drive when the accident occurred.

The car was coming from the Milap Chowk side towards Press Club Chowk when the driver suddenly lost control of the vehicle. Fortunately, no loss of life was reported in the accident, and both the husband and wife were safe.
The vehicle involved in the accident has been identified with registration number PB 90 90 34. After the accident, local residents immediately stepped in and helped turn the overturned car upright and remove it from the road, ensuring that traffic movement could continue smoothly.

According to eyewitnesses and preliminary information, the accident happened when the car was travelling from the Milap Chowk direction. A couple, including the husband and wife, were inside the vehicle. It is being reported that the husband was teaching his wife driving skills, taking advantage of the relatively empty road at night.
Accident Occurred Near Press Club Chowk
As soon as the car crossed Milap Chowk and reached near Press Club Chowk, the woman driving the vehicle suddenly lost control. The car swerved on the road and overturned in the middle of the street. Following the accident, panic spread at the spot.
No Casualties Reported
The biggest relief was that despite the severity of the accident, the couple did not suffer any serious injuries. They managed to come out of the vehicle safely, possibly due to the airbags opening or sheer luck. No casualties were reported in the incident.
Immediately after the accident, local residents and passing motorists showed quick response and helped the couple. People worked together to lift the overturned car and move it to the side of the road, preventing traffic disruption and avoiding a possible traffic jam.
