The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab General Secretary and Advisor to the Tourism Department, Deepak Bali has strongly condemned the recent remarks made by the Jalandhar Cantt MLA Pargat Singh. Lately, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders and workers staged a protest outside the residence of Congress MLA from Jalandhar Cantt Pargat Singh in Jalandhar.
During that, Pargat Singh had made some comments regarding the protesting party members. Now, Deepak Bali has come forward and expressed strong objection to the kind of language used by the Jalandhar Cantt MLA for Cabinet Minister Mohinder Bhagat and other senior party leaders. Bali says that such reprehensible language used in the public is unacceptable and reflects his mindset.
Deepak Bali further alleges that, Pargat Singh’s language and behavior has always been theatrical and pretentious, and that now his true colors were revealed to the public after his extremely distasteful remarks against the AAP Cabinet Minister, District President and other senior party leaders. Responding further to what Pargat Sing had said during the protest, Deepak Bali has accepted his challenge for an open debate and claims that he is ready to discuss any Punjab related topic; be it economic, religious, political, social or cultural. He says he is up for a debate at any given time and channel or platform.
He further alleges that the AAP is connected to the issues of Punjab and not involved theatrics.
