Restaurant owners and cloud kitchens in the city are reportedly facing problems due to irregular LPG supply as cooking gas is essential for daily operations and even short delays can disrupt the entire workflow in kitchens.
This impact is now clearly visible on online food delivery platforms as many restaurants have started adding notes to their listings, informing customers that LPG supply has been affected and due to this some changes are being made in ingredients and cooking methods.
