The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has expanded its action in the case linked to Punjab Cabinet Minister Sanjeev Arora, moving beyond the minister’s premises to target his close associates.
After conducting a marathon search operation lasting nearly 29 hours at Arora’s residence and business establishments, the agency carried out a fresh raid at the residence of his close aide, Neeraj Satija.
The search took place at Satija’s house in Model Town, where ED officials remained present for several hours before leaving in the evening.
According to sources, Neeraj Satija is the CEO of a pharmaceutical company and is believed to have business and personal links within Arora’s network. He is also said to be associated with Arora’s business partner Hemanth Sood, indicating a wider business nexus under scrutiny.
