FIR Registered Against Rajan Sidhu in Model Town Property Dispute

Doctor claims Rajan Sidhu himself executed the property sale deed in 2022 and is now creating obstacles despite the legal transfer.

A property dispute over a valuable building in Jalandhar’s posh area “Model Town” has come to light. According to the information collected, this dispute over land involves Kapoor Hospital’s owner Dr. Jashneev Kapoor and businessman Amarpreet also known as Rajan Sidhu. A few days ago, DR. Kapoor got hold over the property forcefully and also both the parties got involved into a heated physical fight. Over the matter, a written complaint is filed against Rajan Sidhu, Rajiv Grewal, an unidentified person and further investigation has been started.

While Dr. Jashneev Kapoor on the other hand has now stated he REAL REASON of the dispute. He said that the police has files an FIR against Rajan Sidhu, his sister and others. Dr. Kapoor firmly stated that Rajan Sidhu himself registered the property over Jashneev Kapoor’s name after taking a large sum of money but is now intentionally around him.

On the ongoing controversy, Jashneev Kapoor released a video explaining that he purchased the property from Rajan Sidhu in 2022 through a legally executed sale deed. Dr. Kapoor stated that the property was registered in his name by Rajan Sidhu himself and that he has since been paying all electricity and water bills related to the building.

Dr. Kapoor firmly claimed in the video that after the construction of the building was completed and its value appreciated, Rajan Sidhu began claiming that the transaction was not for property sale but was linked to money borrowed on interest. He further said that both the Mohali and Jalandhar police had previously gone through the matter on priority matters with details.

According to Dr. Kapoor, Rajan Sidhu's wife and sisters also submitted statements before the High Court acknowledging the transfer of the property in his favour. He added that the stay order related to the property was lifted during the first hearing itself.

The case remains under investigation, with both sides presenting conflicting claims over the ownership of the prime property. The dispute has become one of the most talked-about property controversies in Jalandhar.
