Two men enter Padrino restaurant through kitchen route

A case of alleged intimidation involving two men claiming to be CIA staff has come to light at a restaurant in Urban Estate Phase 2, Jalandhar. The incident reportedly took place at Padrino Restaurant, where the operators have alleged that the men threatened them and displayed a gun.

Men asked about a person named Gurwinder

According to restaurant owner Arundeep Singh, the two men arrived in a Scorpio and entered the restaurant through the kitchen route instead of the main entrance. When the restaurant staff questioned them, the men allegedly identified themselves as CIA staff personnel.

The men reportedly asked about a person named Gurwinder. Arundeep told them that no one by that name worked at the restaurant. The two men then allegedly threatened the restaurant operator and told him to inform Gurwinder that they had visited the establishment.

Owner informs police about incident

Following the incident, Arundeep Singh informed the SHO of Police Station Division 7 about the matter and sought action from the police administration.

The restaurant owner said he had taken over the establishment around three months ago, while a different restaurant operator had been running the premises previously.

Owner claims previous attack incidents

Arundeep further alleged that he had already faced two incidents of attack in the past, raising concerns over his safety.

He has urged the police to identify and round up the two men if they were falsely posing as CIA staff and take appropriate action against them. The allegations are currently based on the restaurant owner's account, while further details are awaited from the police investigation.
