Punjabi singer and rapper Karan Aujla is set to return with a new five-track EP, ‘Aujla Szn 1’, on September 25. While the project is releasing separately from his second upcoming EP, Aujla unveiled the artwork for both projects on September 22 through a special immersive experience in New Delhi.
Two EPs. One room.
Instead of revealing the cover arts only through social media, Aujla created a physical art experience around the two projects. The event, titled “Two EPs. One Room.”, allowed fans to step into the visual worlds created for the upcoming music.
The immersive setup was divided into two sections, with each space reflecting a different musical direction. The concept gave fans an opportunity to experience the artwork in person before it was shared more widely online.
First EP comes with five tracks
The first project, ‘Aujla Szn 1’, features five songs:

Real Badman
Rap Killa
Straight Up
Aujla Szn
The EP is expected to showcase Aujla’s rap-heavy side, with the project leaning towards harder hip-hop sounds and bar-focused writing. Earlier reports also said that the five songs are planned to receive music videos as part of the rollout.
A different sound is coming next
Aujla has announced two EPs with different musical directions. The first project is centred around rap and hip-hop, while the second is expected to explore a more melodic and romantic sound. The two projects will not be released together, with the second EP expected to follow the first at a later stage.
Art becomes part of the music
The visual rollout has also become a major part of the project. The physical artwork experience was designed by experiential designer and art director Aaquib Wani, whose work focuses on immersive spaces, installations and visual storytelling.
With the covers now revealed and the first five-track EP approaching release, Aujla’s latest rollout is combining music, artwork and a physical fan experience rather than treating the cover as just a digital release.
