The Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has announced that electricity supply will remain disrupted in several parts of Jalandhar on Tuesday, May 12, due to essential maintenance work at the 66 KV Kot Sadiq sub-station.
According to the official information, all feeders operating from the 66 KV Kot Sadiq sub-station will remain shut from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, affecting power supply in multiple areas.
The affected areas include villages Dhaliwal, Gakhal, Chogawan and Sehjhangi along with Kot Sadiq, Kala Sangha Road, Kanshi Nagar, Green Avenue, Thind Enclave, Ishwar Colony, Guru Nanak Nagar, Basti Sheikh, Jaina Nagar, Dashmesh Nagar, Gurmehar Enclave, Raj Enclave, Geeta Colony, Janak Nagar, Bada Bazaar, Chopra Colony, Baldev Nagar, Raja Garden, Ujala Nagar and nearby localities.
Residents have been advised to make necessary arrangements during the temporary shutdown period.
