Nitin Kohli’s Leadership Gains Further Strength as Senior Congress Leader Tajinder Puar Joins AAP

Impressed by CM Mann’s pro-people policies and development initiatives, senior Congress leader TajinderPuar joins Aam Aadmi Party under Nitin Kohli’s leadership

The growing popularity of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Punjab and the pro-people governance and development initiatives undertaken by the government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann dealt a major blow to the Congress in Jalandhar today, as senior Congress leader Tajinder Singh Puar joined the Aam Aadmi Party.

Tajinder Singh Puar, who has served the Congress Party in key positions including General Secretary of District Youth Congress and District Vice Chairman of the OBC Wing in Jalandhar, expressed confidence in the leadership of Jalandhar Central In-charge Nitin Kohli and the policies of AAP while formally joining the party.

Welcoming Puar into the party fold, Nitin Kohli said that AAP’s honest and people-centric politics continue to attract dedicated and grassroots leaders from other political parties. He added that the development-oriented governance and welfare-driven decisions of the Bhagwant Mann-led government have strengthened public trust across Punjab.

Kohli further stated that the Aam Aadmi Party family is expanding steadily and that more leaders and citizens are expected to join the party in the coming months, inspired by its vision and performance.

Prominent party members present on the occasion included Ward No. 06 In-charge Trilok Singh Sara, Youth Coordinator Gurpreet Bhogal, Dr. Michael Ohri, and Dr. Sahil, all of whom extended a warm welcome to Tajinder Singh Puar on his induction into the party.
