The district police are continuously working to crack down on drug supply in the region. As a part of the ongoing drive, the Commissionerate Police on Thursday rounded up two individuals in connection with a NDPS case. The case had come to light from Dhankiyan Mohalla in Jalandhar.
The police officials have informed that two persons have been rounded up under the NDPS Act and stated that further investigation in the case in underway, and assured that appropriate legal action will be taken.
As of now, the arrest of two people has been confirmed and no further details about the case have been disclosed by the authorities. Currently, an investigation is ongoing in this matter.
