The Punjab Government has issued fresh transfer and posting orders involving five IAS officers, citing administrative requirements. The changes have been ordered with immediate effect, according to an official order issued by the Department of Personnel, IAS Branch, on November 3, 2026.
As part of the changes, officers have been assigned additional charges in various departments and government institutions. The order also includes changes involving the Punjab State Cooperative Bank and Punjab Infrastructure Development Board.
The government has directed all concerned officers to immediately join their respective new places of posting.
The new postings are as follow:
