Sidhu Moosewala to ‘perform’ in Pakistan for the first time, virtually

Sidhu Moosewala’s much-awaited “Signed to God” hologram world tour is scheduled across eight countries & expected to release on June 11

The teaser for late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala’s much-awaited “Signed to God World Tour” has finally been released and it has created a lot of buzz among his fans worldwide. The video was shared on the singer’s official Instagram account and has garnered over 27 million view with more than 2 million likes at the moment.

The teaser begins with a hologram of Moosewala opening his eyes, followed by visuals of a cheering stadium crowd. It also features the “Black Tiger” reference and ends with a picture of little Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu.

Show across 8 countries, including India & Pakistan

As per the reports, the show is scheduled across eight countries, including India, Canada, USA, UK, Australia, UAE, New Zealand and Pakistan. It is also noteworthy that this is going to be the first ever ‘performance’ of him in Pakistan.

Son’s promise fulfilled by father

Reportedly, Sidhu Moosewala had made a promise to his Pakistani fans in to perform there which now his father Balkaur Singh has fulfilled through this hologram tour.

To be released on June 11

The full show is expected to release on June 11 coinciding with the singer’s birthday. Every year, Sidhu’s father shares something special with fans on this day and has said he will continue doing so for the next 30 years and it is expected that one of Moosewala’s unreleased songs is set to be dropped each year.

Live concert feels

The tour is designed to feel like a real live concert which will use advanced 3D projection technology and Moosewala’s hologram will appear on stage with his original voice, songs, and signature style. Similar hologram performances have earlier been done for global stars like Michael Jackson, Tupac Shakur, and Whitney Houston.

Italian team handling the production

Earlier in January, Moosewala’s father had released the first poster of the tour and revealed that an Italian team is handling the production.
