Mercedes-Benz Launches AMG SL55 Roadster in India with Incredible Handling and 100-Speed Capabilities

The AMG SL55 Roadster, a high-performance sports car, has been launched by Mercedes-Benz in India.

With its exceptional handling capabilities, the car offers an exhilarating driving experience like no other in its segment.

The AMG SL55 Roadster can reach a top speed of 100 mph, showcasing its impressive performance capabilities.

This launch marks the return of Mercedes’ SL lineup to the Indian market after a hiatus of 12 years.

Priced at INR 2.35 crores (ex-showroom, all-India), the car will be available as a Completely Built Unit (CBU).

Powering the car is a handcrafted M176 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, producing 476 HP and 700 Nm of torque.

The car features the AMG Speedshift 9G 9-speed automatic transmission and the Mercedes 4Matic all-wheel drive system, ensuring smooth and controlled handling.

Design highlights include a retractable soft fabric roof, an active rear spoiler, and stunning 20-inch AMG Edition 5-spoke alloy wheels.

Inside, the car offers a luxurious experience with Nappa leather upholstery, a 12.3-inch driver display, and an 11.9-inch touchscreen MBUX-operated infotainment system.
