Disha Patani Fitness Secret Out: Always need to learn something new, else I feel I'm wasting time

The secret to Disha Patani's envious figure is no longer a secret. All you need to do so as to achieve a fit body as Disha's is follow a rigorous workout schedule and engage in co-curricular activities.

During an interview with Harper's Bazaar India, Disha said that she enjoys playing sports and basketball is a favourite. "I used to play basketball growing up; I even played for my home state," Disha told Harper's Bazaar India.

She began following a strict workout routine at the gym after shifting base to Mumbai. "But when I came to Bombay, I started going to the gym to work out. I don't really enjoy it but as you get older you feel the difference and can really see the results," Disha added.

Apart from gym, Disha also indulges in several other activities. "I've also been taking dance classes and I've found some good trainers who teach gymnastics and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). I always need to be learning something new otherwise I feel I'm wasting my time," Disha said.

However, Disha did admit that she "dreads" gymnastics. Doesn't matter though, because she indefinitely believes in being 'on the move' all the time.

"The one part of my routine that I dread, however, is gymnastics. Sometimes it can be too much for your body and it's very risky. I've broken my ankle at least four times. But whether it's a new dance move or a tough kick, achieving something is what makes me feel the most confident and beautiful," Disha said.
