Ludhiana, March 1- Dedicated to the 400th Parkash Purab of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, the Education Department on Monday organized a seminar on the life, philosophy, teachings and sacrifice of Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji in Government Primary School, Rasulpur.
The District Education Officer (Elementary) Rajinder Kaur and Deputy District Education Officer Kuldeep Singh were chief guests of the seminar and exhorted the students to take inspiration from the teachings of the ninth Sikh Guru.
They said that Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji taught us the importance of oneness of all humankind, selfless service and righteousness. They said that Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji, made supreme sacrifice to protect the faith, belief and rights of the people.
