The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi chaired an all party meeting yesterday where he stated that the offer made to the farmers is still valid.

Now Amarinder Singh tweeted, "Have called an All Party Meeting on 2nd February to discuss the recent developments at the Farmers protest. Farmers are fighting for their livelihood & future generations. All political parties must come together in this time of crisis."

Meanwhile the Prime Minister today in his Mann ki Baat had expressed entire nation's shock on the alleged insult to the National Flag of India.

The Chief Minister of Punjab had earlier tweeted about the same incident. He said, "@BJP4India need not tell us about the grace of the National Flag. We have always been at the forefront to defend Country’s integrity, our sons come wrapped in tricolour after their supreme sacrifice. Is letting our farmers die fighting for their rights graceful?
