A Blood Donation Camp was organized by employees of the BDC Blood Centre, Rahon Road, Nawanshahr on Sunday as a mark of respect towards India’s Second President Dr Radha Krishnan & Revered Sister Mother Teresa.
As many as 80 persons donated Blood. Mr.Surinder Kumar an old employee of BloodCentre donated Blood for 50th times on this occasion.
Dr. Ajay Bagga and Dr Dyal Saroop both technical experts urged all healthy person between 18 to 65 years to make donation a way of life. “Blood donation helps in saving life of patients admitted in health facility for shortage of blood”, he said.
Apart from this blood donation helps in strengthening secularism, communal harmony and national integration, said Dr.Bagga and Dr.Dyal Saroop.

President Advocate SK Sareen, Secretary Jaspal Singh Gidda, Parvesh Kumar Treasurer and Pushp Raj Kalia Director of BDC Nawanshahr appreciated the employees for donating blood in this camp organized in honour of Dr.Radha Krishnan & Sister Mother Teresa.
