"I feel safe in Mumbai now": TV actress Malvi Malhotra who was stabbed multiple times by producer meets Urmila Matondkar

Maharashtra and Bollywood have become the center of politics as Shiv Sena and Kangana Ranaut still take potshots at each other. Recently, South Indian and Tele actress Malvi Malhotra was stabbed by a Producer named Yogesh Mahipal Singh for turning down his marriage proposal. 

The accused, Yogesh Mahipal Singh, had met Malvi a couple of times before the incident on the pretext of being a producer, after which he started pressuring the actress to marry him. Allegedly, after she rejected his proposal, Yogesh attacked her thrice with a knife.

Following that Malvi had sought support from Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut and NCW. 

Interestingly, Malvi recently met Bollywood actress and new Shiv Sena leader Urmila Matondkar. The meeting draws attention as Urmila and Kangana does not share a good bond. Nevertheless, after meeting Urmila, Malvi started feeling secure in Mumbai and praised the actress for joining Shiv Sena.

Malvi said, "” It was really nice meeting Urmila Matondkar. I got to know that she was on my side throughout. Infact she called a lot of people to support me judicially and asked to take strict action in this matter. When I met her she was very happy to see me recovering. She is a very good actress but more than that she is a woman of substance and emotions. I am really happy that she joined Shiv Sena as she deserves to be in a powerful position."

"After I met and spoke to Urmila Matondkar, I really feel safe in Mumbai now because of the support she gave me. Even my parents are happy that she assured me of my safety," added Malvi
