Fourteen years ago, Mumbai went up in flames on November 26, 2008, when ten Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists descended on India’s western coast.

They laid siege to multiple sites – including hotels, hospitals, and Chhatrapati Shivaji railway station.

A total of 166 people, including Americans, were killed after 10 LeT terrorists unleashed a wave of violence in Mumbai in 2008.

For three days, the city held its breath as bombs exploded, gunshots were fired and people were held hostage.

After three days, the security forces managed to flush out the attackers.

Only one terrorist, Ajmal Kasab, was caught alive and hanged after a trial.
