Diljit Dosanjh's diet plan for flat tummy but no abs

During Raj Shamani's podcast, Diljit said, In the morning, I eat a bread omelet for breakfast.

I also love to eat Poha and Bhindi (ladyfinger) for breakfast.

I like Dosa but my cook doesn't know how to cook it.

Therefore, someday I eat Cheela in the morning.

In the afternoon, I eat boiled vegetables and daal (pulses).

In the night, I try not to eat.

But, if I am feeling too hungry at night, I cook Chicken by myself.

I eat Roti & Rice (Carbs) in the morning but not in the night.
