April 25 (IANS) Karnataka Police on Friday registered an FIR and launched a manhunt for the individual behind a social media post allegedly defending the Pahalgam terror attack, in which 26 people were killed by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K).

"The investigating officer has arrested 64-year-old Mrs Pallavi Om Prakash. She will be produced before the magistrate," DCP, South East, Sarah Fathima said.

The accused was caught near the Hiranandani Estate in Kasarvadavali, about 35 kilometres from Saif's residence, initially, he said his name was Vijay Das and later grilling revealed his real name.
