Noida Police on Sunday arrested a woman for allegedly hurling abuses and misbehaving with security guards including assaulting one of them at the high-rise society named 'Jaypee Greens Wishtown society' in Sector 129 where she lives. The Noida woman viral video started doing rounds on social media and netizens started to demand her arrest. The Noida viral videoa of woman in fact started spreading like a wildfire such that the Police authorities came into action and nabbed her. Reportedly, the woman's name in the Noida viral video is Bhaavya Roy and she is a lawyer working with a prominent law firm in the capital.
In the viral video, the woman can be seen shouting and abusing a security guard near the society's gate on Saturday. In fact, in the Noida viral woman can also be seen holding the collar of the guard's shirt and pushing him in front of everyone present. Furthermore, in the Noida woman viral video, she can also be heard using the term 'Biharis' in order to abuse him, and in rage she went on to say to evict all the people of Bihar living there or working.

After the Noida video went viral, the security guard named Anoop Kumar filed a complaint at Sector 126 police station.

As per Indian Express, the Noida Police issued a statement and said, "A video went viral on social media in which a woman is seen behaving indecently with a security guard at Jaypee Greens Wishtown society which falls under Sector 126 police station."
"Noida Police has taken cognizance of the video and sector 126 police has registered a case against the woman (Bhaavya Roy) under IPC sections 153A (promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language etc and doing acts prejudicial to maintenance of harmony), 323 (causing hurt), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace), 505 (2) (statements encouraging enmity, animosity, or ill-will between classes) and 506 (criminal intimidation). The woman has been taken into police custody and further investigation is underway," added the Noida Police.
Currently, the woman has been sent to 14 days of judicial custody. It is pertinent to mention here that it is yet to be revealed why the woman behaved in such a manner.
