The Police started an investigation on Friday after a lady handed a police officer stationed at Union Minister of Commerce and Industry, Som Parkash's Mohali Sector 71 residence a suspicious letter.
This matter is being told the day before yesterday, on which till now no FIR has been registered by the police. So far only DDR has been registered. Questions are also being raised about whether the State Police is not serious about the security of the Minister.
Near his home, a map was discovered, in which his entire house blueprint has been created. Also specified is the location of his security. This map was discovered in the park close to the residence.

A woman named Beant Kaur delivered a map to his security guard. Beant Kaur told the police that she lived in Fazilka. She is staying near the minister's house as a paying guest.
The DGP of the Punjab Police was informed right away by the Union Minister. The police have increased the security around his residence. After which its investigation has been started. CCTV cameras installed nearby are being investigated to see the paper thrower. Mohali Police DSP Sukhnaz Singh said that the entire matter is being investigated.
